EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION ►) Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
The candidate must be able to speak, read and write Bengali Language ( not applicable to persons who are permanent residents of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts).
