PAY SCALE ►) Banking Officer Gr-I & Gr-II: Salary and perquisites are as per the Bank’s rules and service
conditions. The approx. gross salary of Grade-I will be around Rs.39000/- per month, and

Jr. Clerk: – A fix pay of Rs.8000/- per month will be paid by the bank for a specific period
and there after the probation period will be decided by bank taking in to consideration

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION ►)A) For Banking Officer – I (Junior Management):-
A (I) Post Graduation in MA (Economics) / M Com / M Sc. / M Tech. (Agri.) from a recognized
University with minimum 50 % Marks.

CANDIDATE’S SELECTION ►) The Banking Officer Gr-I, Gr-II & Jr. Clerk will be selected as per below recruitment process
among the eligible candidates.
4.1 Online Exam will be of 75 % marks & 25 % Marks for Interview.
4.2 The merit list of selected candidates for interview will be displayed on Bank website.
4.3 Minimum 50% marks on total will be required in online Examination.
4.4 Exam will be conducted in English only and there will be (1/4th) penalty for wrong
answers.
4.5 The tests for Officer Grade I & II will be more difficult as compared to Junior clerk.
